Carla 2020 – A Global Digital Conference For Diversity & Inclusion in Film & TV

CARLA 2020 will be the first of its kind bringing together dreams, visions and solidarities for CHANGE in the film industry. Over three days packed with knowledge and inspiration, Carla 2020 will convene the global film ecosystem to paint a holistic and intersectional picture of diversity and inclusion to date. With a stellar line-up of speakers, we will address our industries with a new understanding of the power and impact we have on society, where representation is crucial for the future: not only in terms of social justice, but to survive and sustain ourselves in this ever changing landscape.

With thought-leaders and practitioners such as Tabitha Jackson, Amma Asante, Mo Abudu, Julie Taymore, Shonali Bose, Heather Rae and with contributors from indigenous communities, artist collectives, film institutes and activist organisations from around world.
